Effects of Agreement between China and USA on Iran

Khodrocar – Recently Donald Trump wrote on his twitter account that "We will have a real transaction with Beijing or there would be no contract between two countries then we will have to pay the tariffs of Chinese goods imports to the USA.”

According to the international experts, the trade war between these two countries will effect of the automakers and technology companies of both countries because they have to pay moreto import products and this will effect on the final price and increase it then trade will decrease and market loss in China.

"The trade war between China and USA is not comparable to our relation with china in auto industry. China won’t select Iran over USA or use our market to put pressure on the USA. The whole trade between Iran and China in auto industry is vehicle importation about 100 to 200 million dollar and it is not a business but our business when CKDs are getting better will reach 2 to 3 billion dollar.” Farbod Zaveh, an expert of auto industry told Khodrocar reporter.

"China's and US trade surplus is more than 10 times higher than Iranian oil exports. It is so optimistic when we think that Iran has a part in USA and China trade war. We may be a non-important page in this war but if we think that we can take advantages from it is wrong.” He added.  

"Both sides of this war aren’t thinks about Iran as an Ace card but they may abuse Iran to fulfill what their wants. The business war between China and USA is important and huge. The sum up of USA and China business value is about 37 thousand billion dollar but Iran’s whole economy worth about 370 or 380 billion dollar. China won’t choose Iran over USA and opposite to all of our belief USA is the main customer of China and not Iran.” he said.

"Chinese companies are waiting for the government decision to work with Iran not the war. They are waiting to see how the Chinese government wants to behave in front of Iran. Of course, this is one of the leaves that the US plays with China, but it's not the case that China's foreign policy or China's international trade is about to close. The main reason is that they can make their items more expensive for us. Iran Paradise is expensive. These behaviors are a commercial game to raise the price of their goods. " He said.

It seems that according to what experts say the business war between these two countries won’t have any effect in Iran. Companies that import Chinese cars or import parts should overcome this war with China's own policies.
